This is a free Yin Yoga class (like a stretch class) that is open to friends and family. Offered Dec 6, 13, & 20th only. Please arrive by 3:50 pm to sign a waiver at the front desk then come into the Breathe Room.

About the Event

Please bring a yoga mat, wear comfortable clothes,  and arrive by 3:50pm to sign a liability waiver and get set up. All props ( blocks and blankets) are provided. This is an unheated yin yoga class.

This class is a great way to connect with some zen during this holiday season. 

You do not have to register ahead of time but it will give Megan a head count of how many guests to expect.
