Do You Have A Morning Routine That Actually Works? (Because You Are What You Practice).



Here is an interesting statistic and quote that I'm loving right now: "We repeat about 40% of our behavior almost daily, so our habits shape our existence and our future. We've learned the more we practice something the easier it becomes and the less effort it takes to complete."- Gretchen Rubin "Keep your thoughts positive because your thoughts become your words. Keep your words positive because your words become your behavior. Keep your behavior positive because your behaviors become your habits. Keep your habits positive because your habits become your values. Keep your values positive because your values become your destiny." - Gandhi What are your top 3 daily habits, the ones that are non-negotiable for you? How are these 3 contributing to who you want to become? As we move into June, meaning we're already halfway through 2021 which seems crazy, I invite you to pay attention to your daily habits.

  • Are you ready to create any new ones/ release old ones?


I would love to know what you discover about yourself in relationship to your daily habits. This has been a focus for me lately and I have learned the value of implementing one habit at a time until it's in my daily flow before adding another.
