Spiritual Pep Rally

Once again this Pep Rally has an experiential component to it. My friend Michelle will be sharing a movement modality she created called Vent, an easy guided movement/freestyle dance to get in your body with a fun playlist so you get into your joy too. Then there is time to color, journal, or reflect afterward. Whenever I've done this, I'm always amazed at how connected to myself I feel as well as the insights that come up for me during the reflection portion. 

We will start with the movement portion and in the second hour my mentor Minette and I will be sharing a new tool and resource we are creating together as well as shedding some light on an important topic. This is a bit of a continuation from the last Pep Rally where we spoke about Quantum Manifestation. When we start expanding our desires and what we have asked for starts showing up for us it can create anxiety because it's new. It's important to be aware of how to integrate this expansion so our central nervous system doesn't create anxiety causing us to contract and stop the flow of manifestation.

This is a safe space for us to feel seen and appreciated as we are in the moment.
