Spiritual Pep Rally

This experience will allow you to tune inward, connect with your Higher Self, and leave feeling inspired. Bring your yoga mat to lay on and your journal. We'll have a guided visualization as well as a manifestation exercise. There will be an acoustic musician and mini-performance as well.
